▪︎ Non-stop movement: Do not give in to your pain, and continue to move even if it is limited. Moving the muscles and joints contributes greatly to treatment and relieving pain, while doing simple exercises.
▪︎ Rest during sleep: Try to make your sleep as organized and comfortable as possible, taking care to sleep on one side, and using a comfortable and relatively high pillow to support the neck position.
